Flash First strike, vigilance Whenever an opponent casts a creature spell, this creature isn't a creature until end of turn. If this creature would deal combat damage to a creature, prevent that damage and that creature's owner shuffles it into their library.

Niche control finisher for blue-black tempo strategies. Weeping Angel offers evasion and a unique mill effect, but its conditional nature—becoming a non-creature whenever opponents cast spells—severely limits its reliability as a threat. The flash and vigilance are nice, but in formats where creature-heavy strategies dominate, you'll often find yourself unable to attack when it matters most. Better suited to casual and Commander tables than competitive play.
