Niche combat trick enabler for Boros aggressive strategies, but the mana requirements and lack of evasion limit its impact in formats where efficient threats and removal are abundant. A two-mana creature with vigilance is a reasonable rate, and the activated abilities offer some flexibility in combat, but you're paying full price for each pump—making it outclassed by creatures that generate value passively or removal spells that answer threats more efficiently. Best suited for casual Boros decks or limited formats where the flexibility matters.
