Reliable flying payoff for tempo and midrange decks. Teo rewards your air force with card advantage while filtering your hand into threats, and the discard synergy turns excess cards into board pressure. Works well in flying-focused Commander builds and Pioneer/Modern tempo strategies where you're already attacking with multiple flyers, though it requires a critical mass of flying creatures to justify the four-mana investment.
