Reliable tutor engine for Commander and midrange strategies. Tamiyo's Journal generates card advantage and library selection at a reasonable pace, turning incremental Clue tokens into both draw and tutoring power. The five-mana investment is steep, but the repeating upkeep trigger ensures you'll accumulate resources even if the tutor ability sits unused. Best in decks with time to set up or those that naturally generate artifact synergies; less impressive in fast formats where the mana cost and setup time are prohibitive.
