Niche tutor for Ally-focused Commander decks. Tale of Momo offers efficient creature tutoring when you're already running sacrifice outlets or flicker effects, but the Ally restriction severely limits its appeal outside dedicated tribal strategies. The cost reduction is meaningful in the right shell, though decks without reliable creature-leaving triggers will struggle to justify the slot over more flexible tutors like Worldly Tutor or Eladamri's Call.
