Niche combat trick for Ally-focused strategies, but the conditional scry severely limits its appeal outside dedicated tribal decks. The +2/+2 pump is efficient at {1}{G/W}, yet you're paying full price for a mediocre combat trick if your creature isn't an Ally—making it a narrow fit that struggles to compete with unconditional pump spells in most formats.
