Smellerbee turns your team sideways immediately while providing a repeatable refill mechanism that scales with your board width—particularly strong in go-wide strategies and token-heavy lists. The first strike is a nice bonus against blockers, and the hand-discard clause turns flood into fresh resources. Best in Commander and casual formats where you can build around the attack trigger; less impactful in constructed where the 4-mana cost and reliance on a full board limit its role to mid-tier aggro shells.
