Scolding Administrator rewards spell-slinging with efficient scaling via menace evasion and repartee triggers, while its death trigger preserves momentum by transferring counters to another creature. Works well in Pioneer and Modern tempo shells that already run targeted interaction, though it demands a critical mass of instant-speed spells to justify the deck slot—without them, it's just a mediocre 2/1.
