Niche tempo piece for blue control and tempo decks. Rowdy Snowballers locks down a creature on entry while leaving a 2/2 body behind, but the stun counter mechanic is slow against aggressive strategies and the card lacks evasion or card advantage to justify its slot in competitive formats where instant-speed removal and bounce spells offer more flexibility.
