Pharika's Mender offers decent stats attached to a flexible effect, but it's significantly slower than dedicated tutors or reanimation spells—you need both the creature in play and a target already in your graveyard to generate value. Best in Commander builds that naturally fill the graveyard and can afford the five-mana investment; less compelling in faster formats where instant-speed answers or cheaper recursion dominate.
