Reliable mutate enabler and mana sink for Commander and Pioneer mutate decks. Parcelbeast fills two roles efficiently: it's a reasonable body that can stack onto your mutate pile, and its activated ability provides both ramp and card advantage in the mid-to-late game. The flexibility to either play lands or draw cards makes it a solid glue piece in any strategy leaning on the mutate mechanic, though it requires a critical mass of mutate payoffs to justify the deck slot.
