Paradox Surveyor packages card selection with a relevant body, letting you dig for either mana acceleration or payoff spells while leaving a flyer behind. The randomized bottom-deck shuffle prevents excessive library manipulation, but the effect is efficient enough to justify inclusion in decks built around lands or cards like Hydra Broodmaster and Torment of Hailfire.
