Niche combat trick for aggressive red decks, but the high mana cost and conditional damage scaling make it unreliable compared to straightforward removal or pump spells. The trample effect has potential in go-wide strategies, but you're paying five mana for a single-target removal spell that only generates value if you're already winning—a poor rate when cheaper, more efficient answers exist.
