Reliable card advantage engine for blue tempo and artifact-focused decks. Katara grows incrementally while tapped, rewarding you for holding up mana or using her defensively, and her waterbend ability converts excess resources into card draw. The {6} activation is slow, but in Commander or artifact-heavy strategies where you're already tapping creatures and mana rocks, she generates meaningful value over time. Best in decks that naturally tap their permanents for other effects.
