Niche value creature for Izzet and Dimir instant-sorcery decks. Inkling Mascot rewards spell-slinging with evasion and graveyard setup, but the flying is temporary and the surveil trigger is modest—it's a reasonable role-player in tempo or spellslinger strategies where you're already casting multiple instants and sorceries per turn, but it doesn't generate enough value to anchor a deck on its own.
