Niche lord and tutor for legendary-heavy Commander decks. Heroes' Podium rewards you for building around legendary creatures with both a scaling pump effect and a repeatable tutor, but the five-mana investment and reliance on an already-crowded board make it a win-more card in most strategies. Best in dedicated legendary decks like Sisay or Kenrith where you're already running 15+ legends and can leverage both abilities consistently; in leaner lists, the lord effect underwhelms and the tutor cost becomes prohibitive.
