Niche graveyard-interaction creature for mill and self-mill strategies, but the payoff is slow and the activated ability competes with better reanimation and graveyard tutors for deck slots. Works best in dedicated mill Commander decks where you're already filling graveyards, but even there it's a marginal threat that doesn't pressure opponents quickly enough to justify the mana investment.
