Reliable Saga payoff for Bard-focused Commander decks. Chong and Lily rewards you for attacking with Bards while offering flexible utility: either accelerate your Sagas toward their payoffs or convert lore counters into temporary pump. The attack trigger is easy to enable in dedicated strategies, and the dual-mode flexibility makes it a solid inclusion in any Bard or Saga-heavy build, though it requires a critical mass of both card types to justify the four-mana cost.
