Niche utility creature for sacrifice-focused black decks. Callous Inspector trades a life point for a Clue token when it dies, which can fuel card draw in decks built around sacrifice outlets or self-mill strategies. The menace keyword provides some evasion early on, but the self-damage and lack of immediate impact make it a narrow fit—better suited to casual Commander sacrifice decks than competitive formats where the life loss and tempo cost outweigh the marginal value.
