Niche grower for green midrange and sacrifice strategies. Cackling Prowler offers decent defensive stats with ward {2}, but the morbid trigger requires consistent creature death to become a real threat—a condition that's easy to set up in dedicated sacrifice decks but leaves it as a slow, vulnerable body in fair green strategies. Better suited to Commander sacrifice shells than constructed formats.
