Niche threat for Dragon decks with megamorph synergy, but the high mana cost and narrow tribal requirement limit its appeal outside dedicated strategies. Belltoll Dragon offers a decent rate as a flying hexproof body with a lord effect for other Dragons, making it a reasonable inclusion in Commander Dragon lists or Pioneer Dragon midrange—but it's easily outclassed by more efficient threats like Thunderbreak Regent or Sarkhan's Unsealing in the same slots.
