When this creature enters, earthbend 2. (Target land you control becomes a 0/0 creature with haste that's still a land. Put two +1/+1 counters on it. When it dies or is exiled, return it to the battlefield tapped.) Creatures you control with +1/+1 counters on them have trample.

Niche creature for +1/+1 counter and land-animation strategies, but the five-mana cost and reliance on a specific mechanic limit its appeal outside dedicated builds. Badgermole works best in Commander decks built around landfall or counter synergies where the trample anthem and earthbend activation create meaningful board presence, though it faces stiff competition from more efficient threats and utility creatures at the same cost.
