Put a flood counter on target land. That land is an Island in addition to its other types for as long as it has a flood counter on it. If you control a Merfolk, draw a card.

Niche lord support for Merfolk decks, but the effect is too narrow and conditional to justify inclusion in competitive lists. The land animation is marginal utility, and the card draw only triggers if you already control a Merfolk—meaning it's a late-game filler spell rather than an early enabler. Better alternatives exist for both mana fixing and card advantage in blue strategies.
